After sending an email message, it don’t go directly to the recipient mailboxes. First it goes to your Internet Service Provider, that stores them in its mail servers, and then delivers the messages to your recipients leaving copies of your messages in its database. Don’t you think it’s not a secure procedure at all? You should use “Email Privacy” that lets you send email messages directly from your PC to recipient mailboxes.

Email Privacy bypass your ISP’s mail servers where your relevant information can be stored by using a system-tray local SMTP server program. From your email client, Email Privacy gets your email messages and puts them in the recipient mailboxes without leaving any traces on your PC.


Email Privacy supports email programs like Outlook Express, Outlook,  and Eudora. You can easily connect your email program to the server. For this you need to use the word “localhost” instead of your current SMTP host, and then can send the messages. You can send thousands of emails per minute directly from your PC securely. The user interface of the software includes an outstanding documentation that is very easy to use.

Google's Spam Report Extension

Google's Spam Report Extension: "If you want to improve Google's results and report spammy web pages, there's a Chrome extension for you. Google Webspam Report adds a link next to each Google search result and automatically fills the spam report form with information like the URL of the page and your query.


You can also use the button from Chrome's toolbar to report pages. The most interesting feature is the integration with Chrome's browsing history that lets you select recently visited pages and recent Google searches.


Google links to a feedback form at the bottom of the search results pages and some of the options let you report spam, irrelevant pages and dead links. Unfortunately, Google doesn't make it easy to select the pages you want to report.

While you can find and listen to almost any Hindi movie song or music album on YouTube, there’s now a better way.


Hindi Music on Google


Google India, in partnership with In.com and Saavn.com, today launched an online music portal at google.co.in/music where you can search and listen to songs from Bollywood movies as well as music albums.


Google doesn’t host any of the music but streams it directly from partner sites.


It’s a pretty vast collection of both old and new songs and you can further limit your search by the song title, movie name, artist or by the name of actors who were part of the movie. Alternatively, you may use a query like “new songs” to find all the latest music sorted by release date.


You do however need to have the Flash Player in your browser to play the streaming music and it might therefore not work on most mobile browsers. That’s one area where competing sites like Dhingana are still at an advantage.


Google Music India is a labs product and, at the time of writing, it only offered Hindi songs from movies. Also, you cannot create playlists on Google Music but I think all this will change once the product matures.

RASGULLA: "

I have had rasgulla only two or three times as rasgullas,otherwise I often buy Haldiram’s rasgulla tin and make Rasmalai. But when I always heard through Jeyashri about the recipe,I wanted her to post,but now I got curious and tried myself my hand and today very morning I called her and took the recipe and just tried it out. The result was awesome… I am not a big fan of rasgullas, but sure I can make this to the sinful Rasmalai which is our family favourite! I also referred Sailu’s Kitchen rasgulla recipe. Hope this post will help some of you as Diwali is nearing …

Ingredients

Milk(full cream) 1 Litre
Lemon juice 3 tblsp
Sugar 2 cups
Water 3 &1/2cups
Elachi powder 1 pinch
Ice cubes 12 nos
Nuts (optional) For garnish

Method

  1. Heat the milk,when it start to boil,simmer the flame, add the lemon juice and stir properly.

  2. Heat further until the whey water clearly separates. Put off the flame.

  3. Add the Ice cubes and mix well.

  4. Take a metal strainer,lined with a cheese cloth/muslin cloth(I used my dupatta). Pour the curdled milk in it.

  5. Wash it well in the running water under the tap to remove the lemon smell and sourness.

  6. Then squeeze the excess water gently and hang it for 30 minutes. I just squeezed the excess water now and then very gently as my dupatta dint drain the water by itself. But its not a must if the cloth is proper.

  7. After 1/2 hour,take out the paneer in a bowl.I will be now more like a crumble look wise.

  8. Now knead this for 7-10 minutes gently to make it like a soft and smooth dough.

  9. Make smooth equal sized small balls. I made some 25 balls,you can adjust the number according to the size you decide to get.
  10. Apparently take the sugar and water in a pressure cooker and boil it.

  11. After the sugar gets dissolved completely and the syrup boils,add the balls made carefully one by one.

  12. Cover the pressure cooker and cook it till you get one whistle in low flame. After a whistle,simmer more and keep for another 5 minutes.

  13. Put off the flame and let the pressure gets released by itself,then open the lid to see the rasgullas – by now it would have doubled in size.

  14. Cool down and refrigerate and serve chilled!

Notes

  • Use lemon juice as mentioned and the milk should boil while you add the lemon juice.
  • The kneading part is very important,knead sooth and soft with patience.
