The Simple Bowl may look like any ordinary bowl, but it isn’t. Designer Sam Rowe created it to do one thing: help people who are aiming to lose weight. It is meant to be used in conjunction with a tailored diet plan to reduce portion sizes over time and allows individuals to see their reduced amount of eating. The bowl is a regular size, only it is smaller internally, which gives the impression that the portion sizes are the same when in fact, it is smaller.
